Organic Catnip is not safe for pregnant and lactating pets and humans.

Suggested Serving Size; This is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only.

• For Cats: Sprinkle on toys and scratchers. Daily use is safe but give in moderation. It is non-addictive and completely harmless to cats. Catnip does not affect kittens less than 6 months old.
• For Dogs: Add ½ teaspoon to every 220g of food or mix with drinking water
• For Humans: Use 1 teaspoon of catnip herb with 1 cup (8oz) of boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes and drink as tea.
