Feeding Guidelines:

Suggested Serving Size; This is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only.

• For every 220g of food, use 1/4 teaspoon of marshmallow root, once or twice daily
• As a tonic: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of marshmallow root to 1 cup of water. Let it cool and rub the tea between your fingers. It should have a gooey feel (this is the mucilage). Add more as needed.
