I bought this jumbo litter box on may 31 and arrived the next day. Today Jun 10, as I have lifted the box (so I can clean the floor), I heard a crack. All along I though the bottom part collapsed. Apparently the cover’s lock on both sides snapped and got broken. Note that this is inside the house from the time it arrived. So I don’t understand why it snapped easily in just 10days. Sadly, seller only offered 10% refund. This is a friendly advice to everyone not to buy this litter box anymore and Better invest on catit brand for just a few hundreds more. Wasted my money for this item
